This guide will walk you through the initial setup of the AutoUpload Viewer and its configuration. This will ensure the viewer and service are pointing to the correct database and Transfer Destination.
Click “toxiCALL 5 AutoUpload Viewer” on Windows Explorer
Click “OK”
Configure the Database #
Click “…” for the SQL Database Connection Settings
Enter the Server Name, and select Trust Server Certificate. Then click on Connect.
If the database connection is successful, select the proper database name from the dropdown.
Click on Test Database to confirm cases are showing on your configured database.
Then choose Save and Close
Configure the AutoUpload Settings #
Select the Center(s) that will be submitting data.
Select the Submission center that matches the Username and password
Next, select the Destination as created in the Transfer Destinations section.
Then enter the UserName and Password as provided by NPDS.
Scroll Down and select Save
The Viewer will now restart with the new settings
The Service will attempt to read the new settings and connect to the database.
Please be sure the AutoUpload Service is started.
When the service is active and online, the green icon will be displayed.
After the first start of the AutoUpload Viewer, it will be necessary to configure the Viewer to the proper SQL Server database as well as the NPDS Destination.
