Request/Apply the toxiCALL® License

toxiCALL® requires a license to operate properly. If a valid toxiCALL® 4 license is not available when creating a new database, you will be prompted to obtain a new license. This is a quick and easy process which requires interaction from the toxiCALL® support team.

The default installation of toxiCALL® will provide a connection to our Demo Server. The first step is to configure your own database. Click here to configure your own database. Click here for details on how to configure your own database.

Show License Information #

If you are logged into toxiCALL®, you can view the License information in Tools menu under Show License Info.

Logging in with an Unlicensed Database #

After logging into toxiCALL®, you will be prompted to request a new license if one is not found. Simply Choose Yes to see the License Info Screen.

License Information #

From within the License Information window you can either Apply or Request a license. There is also the option to Configure Connection, if you need to review or change database connections.

Request License #

The request license will require the following information. Please note these details will already be available if a valid or expired license already exists.

  • Center Code: Code assigned for your poison center
  • Center Name: Name of the poison center being licensed
  • Email Address: Who should be notified when the license is ready to be applied
  • Reason for the request:

Click OK to initiate the license request. be sure to wait for the acknowledgement message.

Notify our support team

Once the license has been been submitted, please be sure to email our support team to let them know about the license request.

Access to the CAS Servers

Some IT departments may restrict access to our license server. Please ensure your IT department is not blocking access to the web domain “toxweb.com”

Apply License #

To apply a license, simply click on the Apply License button. If the license is available, it will be applied and you will receive a confirmation message. If an error is presented, please reach out to our support team to ensure the license is available to be applied.

When the license has been successfully applied, you will see the license expiration date and other details regarding the license status. Click Close to return to toxiCALL®.

If License is not available

As of this writing, the error when a license is not available is not user friendly as shown below.
