Perform Substance Lookup with Toxinz #
This guide will walk you through performing a lookup with Toxinz. You will learn how to select Toxinz, review products, and manage information within Toxicall 5.
1. Select Toxinz From Lookup List #
Toxinz has already been configured in this system. It’s not my default, so we’ll start by entering the verbatim and we’ll choose Toxinz from our lookup list.
2. Open CAS Micromedex Lookup #
Click the CAS Micromedex Lookup Testing option to begin the Toxinz lookup process within the toxiCALL 5 application.
3. Choose Toxinz Option #
Click the toxinz option to proceed with the Toxinz lookup in toxiCALL 5.
4. Automatic Login And Product Review #
Toxinz requires a login account which has been configured in toxiCALL, so we automatically log in. We can find the product we’re looking for and review the product on the screen.
5. Select Product Directly #
Toxinz allows you to select the product directly. We choose select.
6. Click Select Button #
Click the Select button to confirm your product choice in toxiCALL 5.
7. Save Products To Selection List #
You can see that saved in our list. Just like with other product lookups, you can perform a second lookup and add those to the selected list.
8. Add Product Details To Notes #
You can find important information that we want to add to our notes or other parts of the Toxicall case. Highlight that information, right-click, and choose where you’d like to send that information, such as the notes.
9. Accept Product List In Toxicall #
Now we’re going to accept this product list. We can see the information has been pulled back into Toxicall and

We can use our lookup if we want to see the details of what was pulled from Toxinz.
11. Close Window #
Click the Close button to exit the current view in toxiCALL 5.
