toxiCALL® stores error log information in a local file for each workstation. These logs are intended for diagnostic purposes and may occasionally be requested by our support team.
Log File Location #
The log files can be found at %localappdata%\CAS\ToxicallWin\Logs.
Locating Log Files from within toxiCALL® #
The following screenshot shows how to locate and view the log files within toxiCALL. Select the Tools Menu, then choose the Support Information dropdown. From there, you can see the log file folder or directly open the current log file.
