Flex Updates™ #
toxiCALL® provides a variety of updates through the use of system tables. This includes details such as lookup lists, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and more! This lets you have the most current information without needing a software update.
During a new database setup, it will be essential to update the system tables before migrating data or using toxiCALL®. This process will walk you through updating ALL system tables as if this is a first-time installation.
If toxiCALL® is already in use, you can only choose to update the necessary tables.
You can also choose to exclude system tables from being updated. Zip Codes are a perfect example. If you do not wish to use the Zip Codes provided through toxiCALL®, you can exclude them from your system table updates.
Click “Tools”

Click “Check System Tables”

Click “Update All”
If this is not a new database installation, you can select only the tables that do not show a status of “Current.”

Click “Yes”
