Request a License update from CAS #
From within toxiCALL® 5, choose the menu Tools–>Support Information–>Show License Info

Select Request License

An email address is required.
Select an appropriate request reason.
Then select Submit Request.

Ensure you receive a proper acknowledgement message.
If this message is not received, your license was not received correctly.

Apply the license after the update from CAS Support #
From within toxiCALL® 5, choose the menu Tools–>Support Information–>Show License Info

Select Apply License

This message indicates the license was successfully applied.

Grace Period or Emergency Mode?
Is/was your toxiCALL® license:
- In the grace period with less than 5 days remaining?
- Is the license in emergency mode?
It may be necessary to restart the AutoUpload Service after applying your refreshed/updated license. Click here for details on restarting the AutoUpload Service.
License Emergency Mode or Grace Period #
Use the following steps to view your license status:
From within toxiCALL® 5, choose the menu Tools–>Support Information–>Show License Info

Check the license status to see if it shows Emergency Authorization

Important:
If your license shows “Emergency Auth” it will be necessary to submit a license request to refresh the license. While specialists can still capture cases, secondary applications such as AutoUpload, toxiCALL® Convert Notes, and toxiCALL® Data Analysis may not function in Emergency Mode.
