Getting Started #
The following link will guide you to the AutoUpload download page. Please the AutoUpload version may not be required to match the current toxiCALL® version. However, some upgrades to toxiCALL® will also require an upgrade to AutoUpload.

Installation Steps #
Click “SetupToxicallWinAutoUpload.exe” on Windows Explorer.
Click Next
Select Everybody and click Next
Agree to the license terms then click Next
Click Install
Click Close to complete the installation
The AutoUpload Service will automatically be started after installation.
If this is a new installation, additional configuration is required within the AutoUpload Viewer.
Managing the AutoUpload Service #
Click the Windows Start Icon then search for “Services”
Click “Services, System, Press right to view options” on the Microsoft Windows Operating System.
Click “toxiCALL 5 AutoUpload Service” on the Microsoft Management Console
After completing the changes, be sure to Start the service again.
When using Windows Authentication for SQL Server #
If your connection to the SQL database is configured for Windows Authentication, the Service must be configured to use the proper login account. The following steps will walk you through this process.
Click “Stop”
Right-click “toxiCALL 5 AutoUpload Service” then choose Properties.
Click “Log On” on Microsoft Management Console tab.
Select “This Account” then enter the Windows login account details to be used for the AutoUpload Service.
Set the Auto Recovery Options for the Service #
Right-click “toxiCALL 5 AutoUpload Service” then choose Properties.
Select the “Options” tab, then configure the failure options to “Restart the Service” as shown in the image.
Change the Reset and Reset options to “1” for each of these settings.
After completing the changes, be sure to Start the service again.
