Quick Case Mode in toxiCALL® 4

Quick Case Mode allows specialists to see a list of cases while editing a case. This can often provide a speed advantage when quickly looking at different cases. When clicking on a case in the list, it is automatically opened in the case entry window. This reduces the amount of time to save and reload cases and is especially helpful for case review.

See the Enable Search Mode section below for a sample of how the Quick Case mode appears.

Maximize Button

Since this feature is designed to show the case details, along with the list of cases, the maximize button does not work as expected. This can cause some confusion, especially if you are not familiar with using Quick Case Mode.

Enable Quick Case Mode #

To enable Quick Case Mode, simply select the Quick Case button in the toolbar. Next Select, Quick Case, as shown in the screenshot below.

Enable Search Mode (Disable Quick Case) #

To return to Search Mode, simply select the Quick Case button in the toolbar. Next Select, Search Mode, as shown in the screenshot below.
