toxiCALL® is not specifically designed to work with any particular dictation software. While there are known products on the market, Windows has started to incorporate dictation capabilities into the operating system. These packages are designed to work with the Human Interface designed into windows thus overriding keyboard keystrokes.
Our general testing and client feedback have found that notes can be captured in toxiCALL® using dictation software. However, we have very limited resources and cannot purchase and test products internally. We strongly recommend clients conduct their own testing to ensure any dictation software will meet your specific business needs.
