When performing a product lookup you will start by entering the product to find in the Verbatim then performing the search as described below.
In the Substance Area:
- Type the product verbatim for your product search.
- Ensure the correct Product Source is selected.
- Press ENTER, or use the Lookup Arrow.
Exciting Feature – Multiple Substances
toxiCALL® allows you to add multiple substances to a case through a single product lookup! This is supported in both the toxiCALL® browser or a different browser.
toxiCALL® Browser Lookup #
If you do not specify a browser, toxiCALL® will use an internal browser for lookup. This browser will show you the list of products you have selected before they are added to your cases. To add the selected substances to your case, click the Apply button.
- After finding your product, choose Select Product.
- Note the Product Selected Banner at the top of the browser.
- All selected products will be shown in the Selected Items section.
- Click on the X to remove a product you do not want brought into your case.
- Click the Accept button to close the product lookup; all selected products will load into your case.
Other Browser Lookup #
When using an installed browser for your Micromedex lookup, the process will be the same as entering the verbatim and performing the search. After you have found the necessary products, close the browser tab. All selected products will be automatically brought into your case.
- After finding your product, choose Select Product.
- Note the Product Selected Banner at the top of the browser.
- Click the X button to close the browser or tab. All selected products will be added to the case.
